Nous avons fait appel à cette société pour un camion-benne. Nous avons du payer en avance pour pouvoir lancer le processus. Le jour J pas de camion, pas d'appel. On a demander le remboursement de notre paiement. Ils ont accepter de nous rembourser la moitié qu'ils nous réclament maintenant depuis quelques semaines. Une honte! Un conseil passer votre chemin, cette entreprise ne vaut pas la peine d'etre connue sauf si vous voulez être escroqué.

Jardinier Paysagiste, je fais appel à cette société, pour gérer mes déchets, en décharge conventionnée. J'ai à chaque fois, des codes d'accès à la déchetterie la plus proche du lieu du chantier, dans un trés bref délai. Ce qui me simplifie énormément, la gestion de cette partie du travail, qui n'est pas une mince affaire. Le plan des déchetteries sur la carte de la région parisienne et trés claire, et permet de se rendre à l'endroit le plus proche. Le commercial qui gère mon compte est à chaque fois trés réactif, et ce qui ne gâche rien ... trés sympathique. une collègue, sur mes conseils, à fait appel à cette société, pour l'enlèvement de big bags, elle à été trés satisfaite de la prestation de son tarif. je recommande cette société

J'ai fait appel aux services d'Ecodrop sur mon chantier de rénovation de maison à Sèvres. L'équipe Ecodrop a été au top : hyper réactive et professionnelle ! Ils m'ont conseillé la meilleure formule en fonction de la quantité de déchets que j'avais à évacuer et leur nature. J'avais trop peu de volume pour une benne et pas mal de fibro ciment qui contient de l'amiante. Ils sont venus avec une camionnette et ont chargé le tout en traitant à part les déchets dangereux. Quelques heures avant leur passage, je leur ai donné une information de dernière minute qu'ils ont bien intégrée à leur prestation. Donc super contact avec le service client et encore bravo, ça change de mes précédents chantiers !
